Poor little Wan Rou was doing her homework and revision for 2nd semester exam. She is only in standard one and I can feel the workload she has. The syllabus is way advance than my old school day. I think nowadays, the kids are taking too much DHA/AA... until they are smart and developing fast. Not the same as me during kids time, "gong gong" one. :p
Took these shots while Ye Lun just wake up from his afternoon nap. Staying quiet on bed and giving me a good shooting opportunity. Trying to convert into black & white, but still not very familiar the filter effect and toning control. 
"Your heart will not get desired if your eye is not seeing it". Wow, this phrase is very "deep" le. I just came back from Louis Pang's Shoot Like A Pro workshop. This is what I learn from there. What he said is true. Although I had been attended one of his workshop a year ago, but I still wanted to join for another time. This is because my heart still not fulfill and I want to experience it by myself, getting inspired, trigger my thinking and improve myself. Beside learning new photography skill that I miss out, a lot motivation and encouraging talks by Louis is a worth for my investment. "Dream is free, but we need to work hard toward our dream to make it come true". May be I would suggest to Louis to give a purely on motivation talk to us. I'm really looking forward to attend. :p Too many things for me to catch up to become a successful man.
Read more...Remember few months back, I took picture for my friend's son, Ethan Teem. During that time he was just only 4 months old. This round I shot him for 2nd time and now he is already 1 years old. He is energetic and not shy anymore. Even he can walk for some distance. Again, shooting kid portrait is a challenging job for me and lucky to get a few sharp shots.
Went to Penang Bird Park couple weeks ago. I'm trying to shoot unusual portrait - Bird portrait. I felt shame to my self as this is my first time visiting this park that opened 2 decade ago. I really can't remember all the name of the bird species over there, they are too plenty of them. Share to you some of the "portrait" shots.
